Library Resources

Hillview Free library is proud to present many resources for it patrons. These include but are not limited to; tech tutorials, museum passes, a DVD collection, as well as many more! Feel free to call or email today with any questions!

General Collection

Hillview Free Library is happy to provide patrons with a variety of materials for it's general collection. We have a fiction section that you can lose yourself in, a non-fiction section for any research required. Bring the children in for our kids section, and your teen might even find something in our Young Adult shelves. We have magazines available, and the option to request any material you might want.

DVD Collection 

We have a large collection of DVD's available here at the library! Click the button below to be taken to the full collection! If you don't see something you want, let us know, and you might be in for a surprise.

Adirondack Collection

Hillview Free Library is proud of our heritage and history. As such we have a non-circulating Adirondack Section for patrons to peruse at the library. From many historical census to the history of the hotels in the area, this section focuses on the Adirondacks and all they have to offer.

Seneca Ray Stoddard Collection

Hillview Free Library is excited to be home to an extensive collection of Seneca Ray Stoddard Photos, both historic and significant to local history. We are pleased to have them available for patron perusal.

Museum Passes

Hillview Free Library is proud to have partnered with two separate organizations in order to offer discounted Museum passes to the patrons and public. Patrons are able to check out the passes for a week by allowing the librarian to take a scan of their driver's license which is used as "collateral" as incentive for the patron to return the museum pass. The following passes are available. 

Tech Services

Hillview is proud to offer various tech. services to patrons. Not only do we have wi-fi available 24/7, but we are able to help solve your technology problems. We offer both printing and faxing,  as well as have two central stations for patron computer use.
